Round 4

The top 8 finalists will continue working in their assigned pairs for our finale. In this round, the top 8 contestants will create an Implementation Plan for their CSR Project ideas in Round 3, present their complete CSR Project as well as demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have learned on their Mastermind journey in the Finale

Round 3

The top 24 contestants will create a CSR Project (Corporate Social Responsibility) to provide solutions to a specific problem of the Companion Enterprise, using knowledge and skills related to business, sustainability, and data analysis gained from training sessions.

Application Form 

Students who are interested in and want to express opinions on social matters, specifically about “Net Zero” can submit their application for our contest by filling out our application form.

Round 1

 Viewpoint Development & Expression 

After passing Round 1, in Round 2 contestants are expected to express personal thoughts on the signs of Net Zero and express their willingness to take action  and resolve problems given by the contest.

"Net zero" is a term specifically used in environmental science and energy. It describes the state where emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities are cut down to minimum while the rest are removed from the atmosphere using various solutions from climate activism projects to modern technologies, hence zero net emissions.

What is Net Zero?

Why is net zero an issue worth considering?

As the Earth is still heating up, we are running out of time to save the world. To protect the environment is to ensure the sustainability of our own future. The ability of humanity to survive and prosper lies in its contribution to the well-being of the planet.

And that responsibility has always been ours...
"As a student, it seems that you already have a bustling life with so many goals to achieve, so many problems to solve, most of them would be much more ""practical"" and ""essential"" to you than contributing in the achievement of net zero. It is understandable that the well-being of the environment has been among the least of your concerns.

However, it is important to note that the future of this planet will decide the future of every single individual living on it. There is no sustainable development in a devastated world.

1. What is Mastermind?

2. Who can participate?

Mastermind is a social knowledge contest in English, consisting of multiple rounds aimed at helping young participants gain deep insights into prominent social issues and apply them in practical situations. 

Anyone can participate, Mastermind is open to all ages and skill levels.

3. How do I form a team?

Gather your friends, family, whoever you want to collaborate with. The ideal team size is typically 2 contestants.

4. What are the fees to participate?

Mastermind is free and open to everyone.

6. How many rounds does the competition consist of?

Mastermind consist of 4 rounds
Round 1: Application Form (29/7 - 18/8)
Round 2: Viewpoint Development & Expression (20/08 - 28/08)
Round 3: CSR Project Ideation (29/08 - 09/09)
Round 4: CSR Project Implementation (16/09 - 27/09)

5. Can I participate as an individual if I don't have a team?

Absolutely. You can participate as an individual but would be grouped into team in Round 3.

Having a good command of English is an advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement. One of the goals of Mastermind is to help participants improve their English skills and apply them in practical setting

ROUND 3
